The Bible’s silence concerning the approximately 18 years of Jesus’ life between the ages of 12 to 30, has inspired a number of speculations about this period in the life of Jesus the Christ. Of these, the most notable is the idea that Jesus travelled widely and especially to Kashmir in India, not only as a young man, but also in the time following his crucifixion where he finally died and now lies buried in a tomb.
